Terms and Conditions

No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.
- Clients will be asked to prepay/pay a 20% deposit or a certain amount towards their visit when booking future appointments, to secure your appointment and would be deducted for “no shows”. This is not booking fee, deposit will be deducted to your service price at the appointment.
- Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the client that follows, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, although we will do our best we cannot guarantee we will be able to complete your treatment for you.
- Any no shows or late notice cancellations (LESS THAN 1 WORKING DAYS)( If we can not fill in your spot) will be charged as full service price. We require these fees to be paid before your next appointment with us
- If your treatment is unable to be completed due to being late, the above cancellation policy may apply.
- Once you book, you agree with our policy.
